Mr. Tuason heads the Management Team of the CIS BAYAD CENTER, INC. (CBCI)
in the formulation of strategic plans and expansion programs for both the
Philippine and Global markets.
He is known as a dynamic and systems-oriented
leader with over 25 years in improving organization efficiency and sustainable
profitability through systems focus and inspiring leadership. His core strengths
include strategic planning and analysis; organization development; general management,
particularly in policy deployment and systems development; customer service; project
management; problem-solving; and team facilitation. |
Concurrent to leading CBCI, Mr. Tuason serves as President and CEO of Outsourced
Telleserve Corporation, President of Corporate Information Solutions, and as Senior
Assistant Vice President and Head for Business Development of the Manila Electric
Company (MERALCO).
Mr. Tuason sits as Board Director of e-Meralco Ventures, Inc., CIS Bayad Center, Inc.,
and Outsourced Telleserve Corporation. He is a Fellow at the Institute of Corporate
Directors.
Among Mr. Tuason’s international speaking engagements include the Asia Energy Week in
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and the IBM ASEAN Conference in Singapore.
He was sent to top-tier executive programs such as in the Management College/Advanced
Business Institute-IBM, New York; the Asian Institute of Management; the Ateneo de Manila
University; and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Tuason earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from
the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Mr.
Quevedo has over 20 years of combined experience in Information
Technology, IT/IS Operations, Systems Development &
Administration, and Methods & Industrial Engineering.
He presently leads the Operations
Group. Mr. Quevedo was the concurrent Head of the Technical
Operations Group of the Bayad Center and of the Corporate
Information Office of its predecessor, Corporate Information
Solutions (CIS). At CIS, he was a Managing Consultant
for the eSourcing (IT Outsourcing Service Delivery) and
the Data Center groups. |
Prior to CIS, Mr. Quevedo was the Manager of the Information
Technology Services Division of Lufthansa Technik Philippines,
where he planned and directed the development, operations, and
integration of the Company's information systems. He also held
various Managerial positions in Philippine Airlines (PAL), where
he headed its Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering's IT Planning
& Development Group. Mr. Quevedo also headed a number of
key IT projects for the airline. He represented PAL in a number
of official capacities, including to the Association of Asia
Pacific Airlines Digital Data Group and other functions in Amsterdam,
the Netherlands and in Cape Town, South Africa.
He has also worked for Feltman Brothers, Inc. and the Development
Academy of the Philippines.
Mr. Quevedo was sent by CIS to the Lopez Group's Executive
Development Program - Managerial Leadership Program of the Asian
Institute of Management. He obtained both his Master of Science
in Industrial Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Engineering degrees at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
Concurrent to his professional career, Mr. Quevedo has been
teaching numerous Masters- and College-level programs in the
Industrial Engineering Department of the Adamson University
since 1983. He is affiliated with the Philippine Institute of
Industrial Engineers (PIIE).

Ms.
Dizon has over 30 years of combined experience in Finance, Accounting,
Information Technology, and General Management
As the Head of Finance,
Ms. Dizon ensures the smooth financial liquidity of the
Company, safeguards corporate assets, and upholds the fiscal
standards with its business partners. |
Prior to joining the Company in 2008, Ms. Dizon concurrently
served as the General Manager and Finance & Administration Manager
of Servitech, Inc. and Alpina Farm where she served for 19 years.
Ms. Dizon likewise held Finance, Accounting, and IT positions with
companies in the realty, retail, securities, IT, and trading industries.
Ms. Dizon holds a Master in Business Administration degree
(Academic Excellence Awardee) from the Philippine School of
Business Administration and a Bachelor of Accountancy degree
(Academic Scholar) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
Concurrent to her professional career, Ms. Dizon is a Co-Founder
and the Executive Director of My Children’s House of Hope
(Bahay Bata 127) Inc., a community-based children’s welfare organization.
She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (PICPA).

Ms.
De Leon presently heads the Company's Corporate Services Group, which covers Human Resources and Organizational Development, Administration, and Legal Services Departments.
She is a seasoned administrator and has been with Company's predecessor, Corporate Information Solutions (CIS), since 1981. Since then, Ms. De Leon has been entrusted with increasingly important positions in corporate administration, government compliance, internal control, and general services.
In the span of 25 years
at CIS, Ms. De Leon has assisted the Company's chief executives
in matters necessary for the performance of their duties.
She has been involved with special projects, such as the
South East Asian Regional Computer Confederation (1991),
in cooperation with Philippine Computer Society
|
Prior to her career at CIS, Ms. De Leon worked for the Toledo
& Fernando Law Offices and Garment Makers Corporation where
she was concurrently an Executive Assistant and Payroll Officer.
Ms. De Leon was likewise connected with the Mariwasa Manufacturing,
Inc. and an advertising agency, Asia Communications Center,
Inc., where she headed the Secretariat of the 11 th Asian Advertising
Congress, in coordination with the Advertising Congress of the
Philippines.
Ms. De Leon earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the
St. Louis University.
