The CIS BAYAD CENTER, INC. Management Team is composed of seasoned executives with exceptional track records in their respective fields.

Manuel Tuason

Mr. Tuason heads the Management Team of the CIS BAYAD CENTER, INC. in the formulation of strategic plans and expansion programs for both the Philippine and Global markets. He concurrently serves as a Board Director for the MERALCO Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR) and as Senior Assistant Vice President for the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO).

With over 20 years of corporate experience, Mr. Tuason is known for his broad knowledge in systems development and policy deployment, customer service operation, planning & analysis, and team facilitation.

Mr. Tuason held increasingly important positions since joining MERALCO in 1984. He was designated as Officer-in-Charge of the MERALCO Branches Group and headed several premier and high-revenue MERALCO Branches, one of which garnered the prestigious MERALCO Presidential Award. Mr. Tuason actively participated in the Corporate Planning Committee's Strategic Planning Sessions and other Corporate Committees such as e-Commerce, Customer Management System Implementation, Corporate Support Reengineering Group, Organization Charter Development, among others. He also headed the Research & Studies and Administrative Services Planning Divisions.

He was sent to Executive Programs at the Management College/Advanced Business Institute-IBM, New York; the Asian Institute of Management; the Ateneo de Manila University; and at the Kaizen Institute of America.

Mr. Tuason has a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration earned from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Francis Quevedo

Mr. Quevedo has over 20 years of combined experience in Information Technology, IT/IS Operations, Systems Development & Administration, and Methods & Industrial Engineering.

He presently leads the Operations Group. Mr. Quevedo was the concurrent Head of the Technical Operations Group of the Bayad Center and of the Corporate Information Office of its predecessor, Corporate Information Solutions (CIS). At CIS, he was a Managing Consultant for the eSourcing (IT Outsourcing Service Delivery) and the Data Center groups.

Prior to CIS, Mr. Quevedo was the Manager of the Information Technology Services Division of Lufthansa Technik Philippines, where he planned and directed the development, operations, and integration of the Company's information systems. He also held various Managerial positions in Philippine Airlines (PAL), where he headed its Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering's IT Planning & Development Group. Mr. Quevedo also headed a number of key IT projects for the airline. He represented PAL in a number of official capacities, including to the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines Digital Data Group and other functions in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and in Cape Town, South Africa.

He has also worked for Feltman Brothers, Inc. and the Development Academy of the Philippines.

Mr. Quevedo was sent by CIS to the Lopez Group's Executive Development Program - Managerial Leadership Program of the Asian Institute of Management. He obtained both his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degrees at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Concurrent to his professional career, Mr. Quevedo has been teaching numerous Masters- and College-level programs in the Industrial Engineering Department of the Adamson University since 1983. He is affiliated with the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers (PIIE).

Aida Yuvienco

Ms. Yuvienco has over 20 years of extensive experience in Sales (Account Acquisition), Client Management, Information Technology Project Implementation & Management, Process Review, and Systems Design & Development.

She presently heads the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Group, overseeing the Account Acquisition & Management, Business Development/Research & Development, and Marketing Departments. Ms. Yuvienco is responsible in forming strategic partnerships with key Corporate/Biller partners. Since joining Corporate Information Solutions (CIS) in 1997, she became known for translating strategic directions into operational tactics and programs.

Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Yuvienco held key roles as Director, Division Head, Manager, and Project Head of the Information Technology groups of corporations such as Bankard, Inc., Development Academy of the Philippines, Sol Open Resource Center, Technology & Livelihood Resource Center, and the Metro Manila Transit Corporation.

In her various executive and technical capacities, Ms. Yuvienco has consistently defined the technological standards, quality limits, and optimal performance of various information systems for private corporations and government agencies.

She attended training at Experian in Knottinghill, England and at the Singapore Institute of Management. Ms. Yuvienco graduated from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Evangeline De Leon

Ms. De Leon presently heads the Company's Corporate Services Group, which covers Human Resources and Organizational Development, Administration, and Legal Services Departments.

She is a seasoned administrator and has been with Company's predecessor, Corporate Information Solutions (CIS), since 1981. Since then, Ms. De Leon has been entrusted with increasingly important positions in corporate administration, government compliance, internal control, and general services.  

In the span of 25 years at CIS, Ms. De Leon has assisted the Company's chief executives in matters necessary for the performance of their duties. She has been involved with special projects, such as the South East Asian Regional Computer Confederation (1991), in cooperation with Philippine Computer Society

 

Prior to her career at CIS, Ms. De Leon worked for the Toledo & Fernando Law Offices and Garment Makers Corporation where she was concurrently an Executive Assistant and Payroll Officer. Ms. De Leon was likewise connected with the Mariwasa Manufacturing, Inc. and an advertising agency, Asia Communications Center, Inc., where she headed the Secretariat of the 11 th Asian Advertising Congress, in coordination with the Advertising Congress of the Philippines.

Ms. De Leon earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the St. Louis University.
