SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
National Capital Reg - Ortigas Pasig City
- Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC's, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
- Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups.
- Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs.
- Manages inventory of systems and software licenses.
- Manages support and maintenance subscriptions by third party vendors and service providers.
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
- Investigate and help resolve system functionality related issues with other existing systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting system, software issues.
- Assist network administrator with installation and testing of various systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
- Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of systems and resources.
- Write technical documentation for various systems including configurations, operations, user manuals, etc.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the IT team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the IT Head.
- Works with management to define appropriate standards, policies and procedures, software toolsets, and supporting peripherals to facilitate the management, accountability and security of systems.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Should have a minimum of 3 years of technical experience with systems networking, and user support and 3 years hands-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Windows 2000,2003,2008,XP Professional, Vista, and AIX.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and Project Management Skills with effective result focus within an information systems environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities; Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.

- Participate in weekly meetings with the IT network team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the CIO.
- Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, users, etc.
- Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
- Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
- Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
- Serve as a liaison and facilitator between al business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.
- Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
- Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
- Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
- Investigate and help resolve application functionality related issues with existing systems.
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
- Make recommendations on custom applications which include a number of MS-Access data capture systems other databases which need to be moved into a central SQL repository.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
BRANCH TEAM LEADER

- Ensure branch compliance.
- Prepare the annual budget for the branch in collaboration with the Branch Operations Section Head.
- Conduct ground-level marketing activities in collaboration with the Territory Manager.
- Maintain branch profitability.
