Manny L. Tuason
Manny heads the Management Team of the CIS BAYAD CENTER, INC. (CBCI) in the formulation of strategic plans and expansion programs for both the Philippine and Global markets.
He is known as a dynamic and systems-oriented leader with over 25 years in improving organization efficiency and sustainable profitability through systems focus and inspiring leadership. His core strengths include strategic planning and analysis; organization development; general management, particularly in policy deployment and systems development; customer service; project management; problem-solving; and team facilitation.
Concurrent to leading CBCI, Mr. Tuason serves as President and CEO of Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. and Senior Assistant Vice President at the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO).
Manny sits as Board Director of Radius Telecom, Inc., CIS Bayad Center, Inc., and Customer Frontline Solutions. He is a Fellow at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Manny earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Francispito P. Quevedo
Mr. Quevedo has over 20 years of combined experience in Information Technology, IT/IS Operations, Systems Development & Administration, and Methods & Industrial Engineering.
Prior to Bayad Center, Pit was sent by CIS to the Lopez Group's Executive Development Program - Managerial Leadership Program of the Asian Institute of Management. He obtained both his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degrees at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
Concurrent to his professional career, Mr. Quevedo has been teaching numerous Masters- and College-level programs in the Industrial Engineering Department of the Adamson University since 1983. He is affiliated with the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers (PIIE).

Lennie S. Magnaye
As the Chief Finance Officer of Bayad Center, Lennie is a seasoned professional in the field of finance management. Lennie is an efficient leader in structuring finance strategies that require close monitoring and maximization.
She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting.

Arnold R. Katipunan
Arnold is the Bayad Center AVP/Head of Remittance Services. Mr. Katipunan is an Economics graduate of San Beda College. He is outstanding in formulating strategies for the finance industry. His dedication to improve systems has led him to contribute high growth rate in Philippine business.

Michael Dominic R. Mercadal
Mike is the Head of Corporate Services of Bayad Center. He has an extensive industry experience in human resource activities such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and organizational development.
He obtained his Masters in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, while his Bachelors Degree in Psychology was achieved at the Trinity University of Asia.
