BAYAD CENTER RAFFLE MECHANICS

1. Five hundred (500) Bayad Center customers will get a refund, of but not exceeding, three thousand pesos (P3,000.00) in a form of a voucher equivalent to the amount they paid for a particular bill.

1. The winner may use the voucher to pay for their succeeding bill from the same billing company.

1.1a. In case of a price difference where the bill is higher than the P3,000.00 prize limit, the customer will shoulder the remaining balance.

1.1b.Should the succeeding bill be smaller than the winning entry, the excess amount may be claimed when paying for the succeeding bill/s. This will be reflected in the voucher.

2. Entries from donations given to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and World Vision may be converted to bill payments. The winning donors of UNICEF and World Vision will automatically receive the full prize amount of P3,000.00 which may be applied to a particular bill of their choice.

1. For each winning donation, only one (1) bill may be chosen to apply the prize.

3. All prizes are Tax-Free.

2. Raffle tickets will be given to customers for filling up. Drop boxes will be available at selected Bayad Centers.
3. Each customer should write his/her name, address, contact numbers, signature, account number, and date paid on the raffle stub.
4. Incomplete stubs will not be processed. All lines should have the applicable information.
5. Customers should drop their entries at the drop boxes located at selected Bayad Centers.
6. All non-winning entries will not be eligible for the next raffle draw.
7. A participant can win more than once.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

Qualifications

1. To qualify, customers must pay their bills at all participating Bayad Centers. Bill payments done through SM Mall Payment Centers are not part of this raffle promo.

1. There is no minimum payment for a customer to earn an entry. All bills paid can be credited regardless of the amount.
2. One (1) bill payment will be equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. However, two (2) raffle entries will be given for every single bill payment of PLDT, Smart, PLDT MyDSL, Smart BRO, Addict Mobile, and Piltel.

2. The bills must be paid between January 15 to April 14, 2007
3. Split payments of a single bill for one month/billing period are considered as one (1) entry.

 

Raffle draw Procedures

1. The raffle will be drawn manually.
2. Draws will be held at the Business Solutions Center, Meralco Complex, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City. This event will be done in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

There will be 150 winners per draw for the first two (2) draws and 200 winners in the third draw totaling to 500 winners for the duration of the promo.

 

Prize notification and claiming

1. Winners will be notified by registered mail based on the address on the raffle stubs.

1. In the registered mail, the winning customers will also receive a voucher. This voucher must be presented to a participating Bayad Center when paying for the next Statement of Account (SOA).

1.2 The prize may only be applied to the SOA of the winning entry. For example,

if a MERALCO SOA was randomly selected in the raffle, the prize may only

be applied to a MERALCO bill. This rule does not apply to donations made

to UNICEF and World Vision. (Please see Raffle Mechanics item 1.2)

3. The voucher will reflect the amount of the prize won by the payor.
4. The winner must present both the voucher and the other half of the raffle ticket for verification purposes when paying for succeeding bills.

2. Winners’ names will appear in print ads to be published in a leading broadsheet.

3. The prizes have a minimum of P 100.00 and a maximum of P 3,000.00 depending

on the amount paid by the consumer. However, when the bill paid is below

P 100.00 their prize will automatically be P 100.00.

1. Prizes will come in a form of a voucher in denominations of P 500.00 or less.

4. All vouchers are valid for one year after issuance.

 

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Owners and employees of CIS Bayad Center, Inc., Image Dimensions, and their third party agents, and their family members and relatives up to 2^nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join this raffle.
2. This promotion applies only to bills paid at the Bayad Centers in the Philippines.

 

Other details

1. Winners must be willing to have their pictures taken and agree for their names and pictures released in the media and other promo materials of CIS Bayad Center, Inc.
2. The decisions made by CIS Bayad Center, Inc. and the DTI representative are considered final.
