SSS - Bayad Center Electronic Raffle Promo

Promo Mechanics:
  1. Open to all SSS members who will pay their SSS contributions
    (voluntary/self-employed) and loans (salary, calamity, real-estate)
    at Bayad Center (except SM Payment Centers) from September 1, 2010
    to February 28, 2011.

    1. SSS member will get an electronic raffle entry for every payment of SSS contributions and loans at Bayad Center.
    2. One (1) raffle entry per each type of loan and contribution payment regardless of number of payments made within the same month of the same type of loan and contribution payment.

  2. There will be two winners for each draw.
  3. Each winning SSS member will receive a P5,000.00 cash prize.

  5. Non-winning entries of each week are not qualified to succeeding draws.
  6. SSS members can only win once for the duration of the promotion.
  7. Winners will be notified through registered mail.
  8. Redemption period will be 60 days from receipt of notification.
  9. Prize can be claimed at the CIS Bayad Center, Inc. head office at the Meralco Complex, Ortigas Ave., Pasig City. If the winners live in the outskirts of NCR and in the provinces, they may claim their prize at the nearest Bayad Center outlet as identified in the registered mail notification.
  10. Winners to present one (1) valid ID with picture and the registered mail.
  11. Raffle draws shall be witnessed by a DTI representative.
  12. All Social Security System and CIS Bayad Center, Inc. employees including their advertising agency, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity/affinity are excluded from this promo.
